The route of wine and taste of Ukrainian Bessarabia

Bessarabia is located between the two rivers Danube and the Dniester and as well as being washed by the Great Black Sea. Bulgarians, Gagauz, Albanians, and many other nationalities have settled here, in order to get privileges and advantages in their free life with pressure from aggressive empires. They came here to save their faith, language and history, traditions and culture, life being, and dreams. And in one moment you realize, that those people who bring all these in hearts and minds have managed to rebirth it in the strongest way of existence. From dry, empty fields, this land very soon turned into a blooming, bright, and rich land. The winery was born here and find its home for many centuries till today. Hands of hardworking people have created such an original taste and character of local cuisine - crispy bread, fresh-made goat cheese, veal baked in hundreds of ways, grape leaves that cover lots of dishes, spices from the fields adding the typical taste of all food. Imagine yourself for a moment standing with a glass of wine, looking at the biggest lake Yalpuh, feeling the smell of wormwood, hearing the sound of sheep running across the fields and watching locals, collecting their goods on the yard, smiling friendly at each other, understanding each look and emotion.
